Did you know this? I'm not kidding. Craig's list not only includes ads which blatantly advertise prostitution and making millions doing it, they are selling girls. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel included this New York Times article on April 24. But don't think this is just a big city or a border problem. There's plenty of girls and women who get trafficked (sold into sex slavery) all over the Midwest. The Women's Funding Network is doing something about it in collaboration with a private funder from Atlanta. Read more at A Future. Not a Past. This is so unbelievable I had to check this out for myself. Yes, they are selling girls. It's listed under "adult services" and is innocuously sandwiched between "Pet services" and "Automotive." Really did not expect this from Craigslist, which I use every now and then to buy baby gear and toys. Thanks for bringing this up. I am with you on the boycott!
